My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order

We know how frustrating this is. A few things are worth checking:

• Look around your door and building: check your letterbox, around your door, and with your building's management office or security counter.
• Ask anyone you live with: someone at home may have taken the parcel in.
• Check with your neighbours: parcels are sometimes left next door.
• Check your delivery address: compare it with the address in your order confirmation email.
