We deliver to addresses in Singapore only. We don't currently ship to other countries.
Delivery options
Ninja Van delivery
Your order is delivered by Ninja Van to the address you give at checkout, for S$3.99 per order, or free on orders of S$40 or more. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose Pickup at checkout and there's no delivery charge. Collect from our office at 4010 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #07-04 Techplace 1, Singapore 569626, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (closed on public holidays). The office can be closed for lunch, usually between 12pm and 1pm. Please wait until we let you know your order is ready, and contact us if you'd like to arrange a particular time.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you its tracking details.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout, including your unit number and postal code. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
