Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to addresses in Singapore only. We don't currently ship to other countries.

At checkout you can choose:

- Ninja Van delivery: S$3.99 per order, free on orders of S$40 or more, delivered by Ninja Van to the address you give at checkout.
- Pickup: no charge. Collect your order yourself instead of having it delivered.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Pickup as your delivery option at checkout, and there's no delivery charge.

Where: 4010 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #07-04 Techplace 1, Singapore 569626

When: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (closed on public holidays). The office can be closed for lunch, usually between 12pm and 1pm.

Please wait until we let you know your order is ready before you come. Collection times can vary, so if you'd like to arrange a particular time, contact us or email service@globalpetcompany.com.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order

Accepted Answer

We know how frustrating this is. A few things are worth checking:

- Look around your door and building: check your letterbox, around your door, and with your building's management office or security counter.
- Ask anyone you live with: someone at home may have taken the parcel in.
- Check with your neighbours: parcels are sometimes left next door.
- Check your delivery address: compare it with the address in your order confirmation email.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. It's easiest to help before your order has been dispatched, so the sooner we hear from you, the better.

When you order, please check your address carefully, including your unit number and postal code.
