Revolution Flea Heartworm and Worm Spot-On Treatment for Small Dogs

Revolution is a monthly topical medication for dogs that helps protect against multiple parasites, including heartworm disease, fleas, ticks, ear mites and sarcoptic mange.

Benefits include helping protect against heartworm disease, killing adult fleas and helping prevent flea eggs from hatching, treating sarcoptic mange in dogs, controlling and treating ear mites, and controlling American dog tick infestations.

Directions: Apply once monthly on the same day each month, year-round. Use the entire contents of one tube (do not split doses). Part hair at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades and apply to a single spot on the skin. Dries quickly; dogs can be bathed 2+ hours after application.

Active ingredient: selamectin.

Cautions: Side effects are rare (less than 1% of dogs may show digestive upsets). Do not use on pets that are ill or underweight. Collies and herding breeds may react adversely if given over the recommended dose; monitor for signs such as weakness, staggering, dilated pupils, trembling, drooling, or pressing their head against a wall.
