Revolution Flea Heartworm and Worm Spot-On Treatment for Large Dogs

Revolution is a monthly topical (spot-on) treatment for dogs that provides protection against heartworm, fleas, ticks, ear mites and sarcoptic mange.

Benefits include heartworm protection, killing adult fleas and preventing flea eggs from hatching, treating sarcoptic mange, controlling and treating ear mites, and controlling American dog tick infestations.

Directions: Apply once a month on the same day each month. Use the entire contents of the tube (do not split the dose). Part the hair at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible, then apply the contents to a single spot. Revolution dries quickly; pets can be bathed 2+ hours after application.

Active ingredient: selamectin.

Cautions: Side effects are rare (less than 1% of dogs may show digestive upset). Do not use on pets that are ill or underweight. Collies and herding breeds may react adversely if given over the recommended dose; monitor for weakness, staggering, dilated pupils, trembling, drooling, or pressing the head against a wall.

Size note: Suitable for large dogs 20.1–40 kg.
